Now here is a song that has been lingering in my life the past couple of months. I’ve heard the song before, but only recently the words began to speak life into mine.
I’ve been literally hearing all over Fresno, CA. Streaming Bethel Music’s services and hearing it in their set, a guy at our local Guitar Center began playing it on guitar (If you happen to be reading this, I almost asked you to join my band that week, you literally have no idea. Biggest regret.), to the track playing before taking the stage at our Christian university, Fresno Pacific.
It’s beginning guitar riff is so recognizable I know what song this is by the first two notes, and the same riff guides the rest of the song. Also, Bryan and Katie compliment each other’s voice so well they gel and disappear in each other’s voices. Such a great and expressive song.
