This is probably one of my favorite renditions by a band that takes be back to my junior year in high school.
Aaron Gillespie of The Almost and formerly of Underoath draws up his own version of “Little Drummer Boy” with a huge splash of his trademark sound and his specatular drumming.
I love how simple this song is composed. If you got an acoustic and minimal drum kit you’re ready to rock. A great song for a Christmas service and if you happen to be scrabbling for a song last minute, you’re in luck. Easy, fun, and a classic.
Fun fact: I was the little drummer boy for this version at least 4-5 years ago. Had a blast rocking out to this song!
