Now, “Carol of the Bells” has to be one of the most popular songs of the Christmas season and I considered whether or not to add it to our collection due to many versions of the song released throughout the years. But, after hearing Kim Walker-Smith’s arrangement I had to include it for it starts with familiar bells and then a kick in the chest with drums. Also, compared to other arrangements, it’s fairly easy to do! For its simplicity and instant capture, it will definitely be held as a favorite of mine for years to come.
